Cancellation Policy

United Arts Conservatory Liability Policy 1. General Liability United Arts Conservatory, owned by Ashley Grottoli and Bree Munnery, its owners, and employees shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur on the premises, including but not limited to slips, falls, or any other mishaps. All students, parents, and visitors are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any activities at United Arts Conservatory. 2. Guest Teachers and Instructors United Arts Conservatory shall not be held liable for any actions or conduct of guest teachers or instructors while on the premises. 3. Emergency Preparedness United Arts Conservatory shall have emergency procedures in place for dealing with accidents, injuries, or other emergencies. All staff members shall be trained in these procedures and know how to respond in case of an emergency. 4. Parental Responsibility Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the behaviour and safety of their children while on the United Arts Conservatory premises. Parents are required to inform United Arts Conservatory of any medical conditions or special needs that may affect their child's participation in studio activities BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN ANY CLASSES. It is important to note that we are a performing arts studio. Our training may not extend to specific behavioural or physical needs and we reserve the right to refuse instruction in these cases. 5. Photography and Videography United Arts Conservatory may use photographs or videos of students for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by parents. Parents who do not wish for their child to be photographed or filmed must inform United Arts Conservatory in writing. 6. COVID-19 Safety Measures United Arts Conservatory shall adhere to all local health guidelines and regulations regarding COVID-19 safety measures. All students, staff, and visitors shall be required to follow these guidelines, including wearing masks and practising social distancing. 7. Changes to Policy United Arts Conservatory reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time, and such changes shall be communicated to all students and parents in a timely manner. 8. Governing Law This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of VIC/Australia. 9.
